Getting more on every pallet.
Avoid overhang
Boxes hanging over the pallet edge lose a large share of their stacking strength and are easily damaged.
Column vs interlock
Column stacking gives the most compression strength. Interlocking layers improve stability but reduce strength.
Right-size the box
Small changes to box dimensions can add a whole row per layer, cutting freight and warehouse cost.
Check your grade
Taller stacks put more load on the bottom boxes. Use the Box Finder to sense-check your board.
